Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) is a new method of operational planning & execution that uses real demand, rather than forecasts, to drive replenishment.  But what about the tactical and strategic planning that is still required to ensure your supply chain can cope with the long term opportunities and risks that all companies face?  Join us for this 30-minute podcast presented by Deloitte and QAD DynaSys where we will explore the background to DDMRP and the role of forecasting, how Demand Driven S&OP differs from ‘classic’  S&OP and how you can get started on your Demand Driven Journey.
